1. Purpose & Acceptance

This Legal Notice & Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) governs your access to and use of the website www.omnibrx.com (the “Site”) operated by OmniBRx Biotechnologies Private Limited (“OmniBRx,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By entering or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright & Trademark Information Policy and Terms of Use . If you do not accept these terms, do not access or use the Site.

All content on the Site—including descriptions of OmniBRx products like CellBRx®, MiniBRx®, StirBRx™, Custom SU Assemblies and Off-shore Contract Development & Manufacturing (“O-CDMO”) services—is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute a binding commercial offer, technical specification, quotation, professional advice or representation that any product is suitable for a particular purpose.
No Warranty. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, correctness, currency or freedom from errors or viruses.

Although we employ industry-standard security measures, we do not warrant that the Site, servers or emails are free of viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful components. 10. Export-Control & Sanctions Compliance

Downloading technical data, software or documentation from the Site may be subject to Indian Foreign Trade Policy regulations, U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), EU dual-use controls or other sanctions. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export, re-export and sanctions laws.

11. Force Majeure

OmniBRx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, pandemic, governmental acts, power failures or labour disturbances.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes shall lie with the competent civil courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless mandatory consumer protection statutes specify otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
